Personal Finance Lessons From the Story of Shree Ganesha and Shree Kartikey.

  January 1,1900
On this auspicious day of Ganesh Chaturthi, let`s learn some lessons from the story of Shree Ganesha and  Shree Kartikey.

Two brothers Shree Ganesha and Shree Kartikey one day decided to go on a race three times around the world. Shree Kartikey left on his peacock flew around all the continents, all the mountains and all the ocean. Whereas his brother Shree Ganesh went around his parents thrice and he claim the victory. How did Shree Ganesha win the race ? Kartikey focus on the world and went around it , while Ganesha focus on his world and went around it. Similarly to win the race of Financial Freedom it is important to focus on your world rather than the world.

RISK APPETITE
Knowing your  risk appetite is more important than market risk. When you start to invest in any asset your first step should be determining your risk appetite – or how much investment risk you can handle.

ASSET ALLOCATION
Right asset allocation is more important than focusing on best performing scheme. Asset allocation is an investment strategy that aims to balance risk and reward by apportioning a portfolio`s assets according to an individual`s goal, risk tolerance and investment horizon.
